After installing 2017 the UK Content is missing (from ProgData\RVT2017|Libraries)
System Control > Progs and Features
Uninstall/Change Autodesk Revit 2017 Content Libraires
> Add and Remove Features
> Select UK
If the library is not available in the original install, there is an issue discussed at Rev
The xml file that the update will search for can be downloaded from
http://forums.autodesk.com/autodesk/attachments/autodesk/133/117587/3/Revit_2017_MasterXML.zip
